We are delighted to be hosting our first ever day retreat in partnership with yoga teacher author and breathwork facilitator, Rebecca Moore. This Spring Awakening Retreat is a carefully curated day of renewal, rest, and reconnection, set in the heart of spring’s vibrant energy. Designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, this intimate retreat offers a harmonious blend of movement, breathwork, self-inquiry, and shared experiences in a supportive, women-centred space.
This day retreat will take place on Saturday 17th May between 10am-3pm
5% of ticket sales will go towards The Vavengers, a charity commited to ending FGM and other forms of violence against women, which Rebecca is a wellness ambassador for.

Retreat Requirements:
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and relaxation.
Bring a journal and pen for guided writing practices.
Yoga mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please notify us in advance.
Come with an open heart and a willingness to slow down, reflect, and receive.
