The Spritz Wellness Wheat Bag is scented with lavender to provide calm, comfort and relaxation while naturally soothing neck, back and shoulder aches, and period cramp pains.
It can be warmed in the microwave then wrapped over the body, or can also be used as a cold compress.
- Warm in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on a medium setting. Ensure the microwave turntable can turn freely with the Wheat Bag on it with no obstruction. Wheat Bags offer moist heat to release muscle tension
- To use as a cold compress, place in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag to chill for 1 hour before use

Note: Organic wheat can dry out with time. To rehydrate the wheat bag, place a cup of water heated to boiling point alongside your wheat bag in the microwave and heat as usual.
