Re-introducing our bestselling rectangular Bolster - now the outer cover is made from 100% organically grown cotton and filled with recycled polyester fibre. The packaging is compostable now too!

Support your practice with our rectangular variation of the classic cylindrical bolster offers greater width and a flatter surface for supine postures. The flat surface supports the back and can also be used to raise the hips in sitting postures and placed lengthways under the mid back to open up the chest.
